Admin. Pastor Steve Poludniak & Becky

Steve Poludniak has been a pastor for 10 years and has a B.S. and Masters of Engineering from Cornell University.  He and Becky met when they both were attending Baptist Bible College (Sprfld, MO); they have four adult children and 5 grandchildren.  Pastor Steve pastored a new church plant in Wisconsin for seven years before being called to help with the growing administrative needs at TCBC and the building activities of our first church facility in 2007.

Before being called into full-time ministry as a pastor, Steve has a varied background as a USAF officer as jet instructor pilot and engineer, intelligence staff officer, and as a business owner in his early years. He has served on the boards of state church fellowship and camping ministries.  Becky loved being a homemaker and "home schooling mom" for 25 years and now enjoys cooking, music, and working in women's ministries.  Steve and Becky have always been active in all aspects of the local church ministries in their 38 years of marriage.
